The Deeds of Assignment for Fleer/Skybox International LP and Fleer Collectibles, LLC were filed with the Burlington County (NJ) Clerk.
6/17/05
The Court proceedings were commenced in the Chancery Division of the Burlington County (NJ) Superior Court.
7/1/05
Burlington County Superior Court, 1:45 p.m. Hearing date on “First Day” applications such as the retention of counsel, an appraiser and an auctioneer.
7/8/05
Burlington County Superior Court, 9:30 a.m. Hearing date. Former Fleer CFO/Executive Vice President Chris Tobia is to testify regarding the auction presently set for July 14, 2005 at the office of the Assignee.
7/14/05
Auction at the Assignee’s Offices with respect to the current offer of Upper Deck to purchase the “Fleer/Skybox” Tradenames, as well as the entirety of the Fleer Collectibles (die-cast business) estate, for $2 Million dollars. Interested Bidders are invited to contact the Assignee for more information.
7/15/05
Burlington County Superior Court, 1:45 p.m. Hearing date to approve the sale to Upper Deck or “Higher Bidder” from the July 14th auction.
8/26/05
Burlington County Superior Court, 1:45 p.m. Continued hearing date regarding the Assignee’s Order to Show Cause re: PSS Warehousing and the removal of Fleer Assets to be auctioned.
8/31/05
Burlington County Superior Court, 10:00 a.m. Hearing on the Assignee’s Motion to Limit Notice. Also preliminary conference to discuss initial objections surrounding the sale of Fleer/Skybox International Assets at the 9/9/05 auction.
9/2/05
Burlington County Superior Court, 1:45 p.m. Final Hearing/Conference on the Bidding Procedures and related approvals for the 9/9/05 auction. Also the final conference on objections to assets to be sold at the 9/9/05 auction.
9/7-8/05
Office of Fleer/SkyBox International LP – 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. – Viewing by registered bidders only of Fleer assets to be sold at the 9/9/05 auction.
9/9/05
Auction at the Radisson Hotel, Mt. Laurel, NJ at 12:00 p.m. An auction will take place to sell the remaining corporate assets of Fleer/Skybox International. This auction will include collectibles (not including the Die Case vehicles sold to Upper Deck at the previous auction). For more information please click here.

Burlington County Superior Court, 2:00 p.m. Hearing to approve the auction results of the 9/9/05 auction.
